What makes a good RCT – our presentation at JITMM2022
The Good Clinical Trials Collaborative was invited by Mahidol Oxford Tropical Medicine Research Unit to participate on a panel about what makes a good randomized controlled trial at the Joint International Tropical Medicine Meeting 2022 (JITMM2022) last December. In our presentation, Scientific Lead Professor Sir Martin Landray and Capacity Strengthening Manager Rachel Hallet highlighted the importance of RCTs in generating reliable evidence and how good guidance must focus on the purpose and principles, not the process.
